Unfortunately, our experience was marred by the confusing location of the residence, which necessitated a long walk carrying heavy luggage. The lack of amenities at the apartment, including inadequate heating and no coffee facilities, left us feeling disappointed.

Positive, The location was an easy 5-minute walk from the train station. My room was recently renovated, with a comfy bed and a spacious bathroom. Breakfast had a great variety, definitely better than average. I appreciated the reliable internet connection.

Conveniently located just a short walk from the station, this place offers spacious rooms with chic panoramic windows. Breakfast was satisfying, and the staff was incredibly accommodating, making me feel right at home. I enjoyed practicing yoga on the comfy rug provided! Definitely a delightful stay worth revisiting!

Loved the spacious apartment located at Residence Mosaico. Our two-bedroom apartment had high beamed ceilings, a full kitchen, and a washing machine, making it highly convenient for our family of five. The area was clean, and the air conditioning worked well. Walking into Ravenna took about ten minutes. once we figured out the route, it was manageable. However, the initial walk from the main hotel to the residence was quite challenging. The directions provided were vague, leading us to lug our suitcases nearly half a mile without warning. Disappointing that we were not offered a shuttle for our luggage, especially since we had kids with us. Some amenities, like breakfast, were not available at the residence, which felt like a missed opportunity considering we had stayed in a larger unit.
