Hotel Mosaico - Ravenna

my daughter and i appreciated being there. new-fashioned and functional units with private bathroom, excellent views over ravenna and sky and-free bar-which is really nice, and the staff were super-friendly. the breakfast had lots of options and included butter, jam, and cheese.

The location nearby a train station was particularly good, most places in Ravenna were within reach. The staff were super-friendly and excellent in case of questions.

Smart staff offered help with luggage transportation.

The room was modern and functional and had a clean bathroom. Location: the hotel was next to Ravenna, the Mosaico, and a big park for jogging. I came across Bar Thelma & Louise, it was not too far away from the venue, offered nice shots...

this beautiful and lovely hotel is located walk from historic sites and a castle.

The spacious apartment offered a full kitchen and a washing machine, perfect for our extended stay.

The directions to the Residence Mosaico were inadequate, leading to a confusing and lengthy walk with heavy luggage.

Hotel Mosaico is an EXCELLENT hotel, in all aspects, location, Location, design, rooms. staff in general, in charge, of the reception: The Girl I estimate 45 years light eyes, light hair, with a nice Tattoo, beautiful and affectionate, is the ideal girl to receive customers who decide to stay at the Hotel Mosaico. restaurant is excellent, its delicate and selective food and people in charge of the restaurant, create an ideal atmosphere, so that you do not want to move the room. continuity in the cleaning in search of maintaining and showing the hotel very neat, involves us to the point of wanting to spend a long vacation without leaving the hotel, demonstrating its effectiveness and efficiency in all aspects, to show a total quality hotel. In the Ranking we place it in the 1st, it is the position that the hotel occupies for our appreciation. TQM. HOTEL MOSAICO is an example to follow. In the Hotel Chain. with a high level TQM, IT IS AN EXCELLENT HOTEL WITH THE STRATEGIC VISION BASED ON THE TOTAL QUALITY MODEL.

Free parking. Good breakfast (the only we found in Italy with a little fruit), but could be improoved for a 4 star.

Not very near to the city center, good if you are just passing by.

The apartments are spacious and well-furnished, providing room to relax.

Unfortunately, our experience was marred by the confusing location of the residence, which necessitated a long walk carrying heavy luggage. The lack of amenities at the apartment, including inadequate heating and no coffee facilities, left us feeling disappointed.

The hotel was modern, clean and with helpful staff

The location was poor for us in that it is at the wrong side of the railway line for pedestrian access into the city and therefore involved a long walk

Location is not that good- near the main road (noice) and on the city center is on the opposite side of the railway station. If Ravenna is your destination it is better to stay in a hotel in the center. If you are just passing by, like we did, than it is ok. Rooms are small, bathroom seemed old - I didn't feel very comfortable there. Not a 4 star hotel.

Positive, The location was an easy 5-minute walk from the train station. My room was recently renovated, with a comfy bed and a spacious bathroom. Breakfast had a great variety, definitely better than average. I appreciated the reliable internet connection.

The staff were professional, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was rich by Italian standards!

The noise from the main road invading the room made for a restless night. Unfortunately, the facilities could have been maintained better, with rust noticeable in the bathroom area.
